I want to welcome everyone to the 55th annual conference and convention of the American Council of the Blind, in beautiful Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am looking forward to presiding over my third convention as president of ACB, and to speak with so many members and guests from across the country and, in fact, from around the world.
The theme of the 2016 convention is "ACB: Land of 10,000 Dreams.” This is a great theme for this year's convention since dreams of today represent the realities for tomorrow, and that’s what our work in ACB is all…
