Celebrate the end of the week with Alison and your fellow community members with some lively chatter and fun. Meet new people, or re-acquaint with old friends.
12 PM: Mindful Movement in a Chair
Join a yoga class designed for guide dog handlers and white cane users, focusing on gentle movements for hips, back, shoulders, and hands. Practice while seated, with clear instructions and guided relaxation.
This event may be up to 0.5 hours.
1 pm: Memories of Anything and Everything
We will be talking about any memory of things you had growing up no matter what it was.
3 pm: Healthy Weight, Healthy Life
We continue to discuss the book titled, "Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet and Lifetime Nutrition Plan" by Dr. Abravanel and Elizabeth King. We'll also discuss related topics as appropriate.
