National Braille Press National Braille Press has a variety of new items available. One such item is the cookbook “Dutch Oven Cooking for Two.” It is available in hard-copy braille and as a braille-ready file (BRF). Among its main dish recipes are braised short ribs, chunky carrot soup, coq au vin, no-knead bread, pork tenderloin with apples, and mushroom bourguignon. And no, they didn’t forget dessert!
