8 pm: Know Your Rights, Safety Information During ICE Actions
This event will be in Spanish and English. The Multi-Cultural Affairs Committee will be partnering with Sacramento Active Congregations Together (Sac ACT) and their Executive Director, Tere Flores, to bring you safety information and protective strategies should you find yourself in the middle of an ICE action. This will be specifically addressing people who are blind or have low vision while riding Para Transit, receiving in-home Supportive Services, or having to prove your immigration status.
