Get ready for another cooking adventure. This time: Dump Cobbler presented by Cindy LaBon. If cooking along, you will need the following: • 4 cups fresh or already thawed fruit • juice of 1 lemon (or equivalent of bottled lemon juice), • ½ cup sugar, • pinch of salt. • 1 ½ cups of flour • ½ teaspoon of salt • four teaspoons of baking powder • ¾ cup of sugar • 1¼ cup of milk • 1 stick butter. I take requests for future recipes or if you want to present a cooking demo.

Then we're talking grandparents! Were they a big part of your life? Did they struggle to adjust to your blindness? Come share your stories!
