Have you ever had a “Stroke?” Are you a caregiver of a stroke survivor? We would like for you to come and share your story and experiences; you never know who you might help.

Join a yoga class designed for guide dog handlers and white cane users, focusing on gentle movements for hips, back, shoulders, and hands. Practice while seated, with clear instructions and guided relaxation.

What does it really mean to belong in the blindness community? Join Bel as she explores the power, the challenges, and the balance between connection with fellow blind individuals and the wider world. Share your experiences, hear others’ stories, and celebrate the strength of community.
