Are you a coffee person or a tea person? Let's have a fun chat about what we like better, and the types of appliances we use to make tea, coffee, or both!
4 pm: Resistance with Leslie
It’s time for an upper body workout using resistance bands, hand weights, and the floor. These exercises can be done sitting or standing. Get moving with Leslie Spoone, Certified Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer.

This group is for beginners, whether you have always wanted to learn Spanish and have not had the chance or whether you have perhaps attended a class but you still find yourself at something of a beginner level.
