It’s time for an upper body workout using resistance bands, hand weights, and the floor. These exercises can be done sitting or standing. Get moving with Leslie Spoone, Certified Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer.

5 pm: Beginning Spanish

If you have always wanted to learn Spanish but don't know where to start, this group is for you. We will start with easy phrases and sentences and try to make them as relevant and interesting as possible. We will include some pronunciation practice and perhaps other exercises. Come and enjoy learning this beautiful language, which has almost a half a billion native speakers!

6 pm: Christian Book Chat

8 pm: 12-Step Recovery Meeting

For anyone needing the support of a 12-step meeting designed to reflect the unique perspectives of those who are blind or visually impaired.

Welcome to Sparky's Place. Sparky Scintila Hayes ESQ., Alias, Der Sparkmeister, would have been 16 years old today. We will spend the first part of this call remembering and honoring this very special dog. Then, you will have the opportunity to honor and remember your beloved guide dogs and pets that you have lost.
