This time: Teriyaki Chicken Thighs.
If cooking along, you will need the following: 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening the sauce),1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish), 2 green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish).
I take requests for future recipes or if you want to present a cooking demo.
Note: It recommends marinating either 30 minutes to two hours. There are also several different methods you can use for cooking this recipe, but I will focus on baking.
