Get ready for another cooking adventure. This time: Crispy Chicken Wings and Onion Rings.
If cooking along, you will need the following:
· 2 lbs. chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
· 2 tablespoons baking powder (aluminum-free)
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
· 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1/2 teaspoon paprika
· Your favorite wing sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or garlic
· parmesan)
· Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
· Frozen Onion rings, (Any Brand)
· Oven
· Air Frier (Optional)
· Baking Sheet
· Foil
· Wire Rack
· Cooking Spray

11 am: Morning Mingle - BLOOM
Grab your beverage of choice and join the mingle! As we cross the threshold from winter into the fullness of spring, it’s the perfect time to look at what is growing in our own lives. Guest host Coach Kaila will lead us through a refreshing conversation centered on BLOOM—exploring how we cultivate growth, light, and new beginnings within ourselves and our ACB Community. It’s time for an upper body workout using resistance bands. Hand weights and the floor. These exercises can be done sitting or standing. Get moving with Leslie Spoone, Certified Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Everybody knows there is an unprecedented quantity of access technology out there. At CSUN three major new note takers were announced. They are at the forefront of what is new and innovative but most of them cost an arm and a leg and another arm! We thought it might be fun to explore the currently available tech that you can buy for under a thousand dollars. There are note takers, players, keyboards, software and more! We will tell you what we think of these products and we will talk about what they do and what makes them good or bad!
